Information About Hospital Parking

Parking Permits for Volunteers

All our enrolled volunteers who are happy to offer to drive clients to hospitals are given a parking permit. This must be displayed on your car’s dashboard/front window so that it can be read by any parking wardens.

There are spaces for volunteers to park at our local hospitals.  When you are asked by our duty coordinator to do a task, you will be told what the current car parking situation is like at the relevant hospital.

You can also check by looking at the County Council website which has pdf files relating to all the sites in the county.

Blue Badges

Unless you or your client has a blue badge which allows parking in designated spaces for disabled drivers, you must not park in those spaces.
